Three benches. One standard.

Every job gets the same treatment: diagnose honestly, quote before we cut, and hand it back better than it came in. All-analog work — point-to-point wiring, real components, no modelers and no menus.

  1. 1Submit the form. Tell us the make, model, and the symptom.
  2. 2We reply to arrange it. Usually same day, always within one business day. Plano local drop-off, or we'll send packing instructions.
  3. 3Bench fee and diagnosis. $50 gets it on the bench, inspected and tested. We call with what's actually wrong and what it costs — and the fee goes toward the repair.
  4. 4Get it back with a report. Every part we replaced, in writing.
We are not a factory warranty outlet and not liable for work that breaks a manufacturer's warranty or the warranty of work performed by other shops.
